I believe they just mean interests

I believe they just mean interests central for clients rather than intended to "fix" people who are LBGT as some "counselling" organizations wrongly try to do, but I can't say for sure one way or the other. They also have some great articles about what to look for in a therapist or psychologist, like if they meet with peers often to get advice if needed, have they done some of their own therapy, do they encourage you to use resources to help yourself rather than just try to do it for you, and so forth. Some of the books seem to be written more for the therapist rather than the client while others go into the histories and theories of feminist therapy. Do whatever with them after you are done.
